Scoring
The aim of the game is to correctly predict the first 10 finishers of each Grand Prix throughout the season. Which position a driver finishes within the top 10 isn't relevent, it simply matters that you correctly predict which position they will finish.
For every driver predicted to finish within the top 10 you will recieve a number of points. Points are reduced if a driver finishes in a position other than that predicted.
Points are awarded as follows:-
Correct place 25
1 place out 18
2 places out 15
3 places out 12
4 places out 10
5 places out 8
6 places out 6
7 places out 4
8 places out 2
9 places out 1
10 places or more out 0
You do NOT recieve points for any drivers finishing outside of the top 10.

Rules
1.0 The finishing order is the official result as posted on the Formula 1 website. Please bear in mind that this result may change after any appeals have been heard. If this is the case, the scores on this site will be updated to reflect this as soon as possible.
1.1 Once a selection has been made, it will automatically apply for ALL future races unless altered by the player. It is not necessary to make individual selections per race, although you may do so if you wish.
1.2 Selections cannot be changed within 24 hours of the race start. The system will automatically disable the ability to change selections. Selections for the next race will become available 1 hour after the race start.
1.3 Where a substitute driver stands in for an absent driver, they will count as the original driver. For one race only. If both the substitute driver and original driver are available to pick when predicting a grand prix, either will count as the same driver.
1.4 All times refered to on this website are local UK time, either GMT or BST, whichever is in force at that moment.
1.5 In the event of anything happening which is not covered by these rules, the Webmaster will have the final say. So there!!
Computer Players
There are presently two computer players. They make their picks for each race 24 hours before the race start, and so you can see they're not cheating, they will send a message to the forum showing their selection for each race.
